I did a church girl a favor and repaired the lower bout of a Peavey electric bass...it had been dropped and I glued the piece back with CA and scraped the area level and buffed it out...in the process some of the metallic flake paint was removed...any idea where I can get something to match? The color is kind of a gray/green/black/charcoal sort of thing...if I can get Peavey to help I'll go that route, but still waiting to hear...besides, I'm sure it's an offshore product and I have no idea what the support will be.... |

I had about the same thing and ended up at a custom body shop. The guy was pretty cool, he set me up with a close match and after a couple of coats of ktm over it you’d have to look pretty hard to see it. |

Look at Guitar Reranch. They mostly have Fender colors but since everyone tries to look like fender the color might be close. Mark |
